Adoption of rules for Virtual Meetings

  • Requirement of attending meeting via internet connected device with audio and video to be eligible to vote
  • To have your question addresses you must submit into the chat and be called upon by the chair. The question will be answered in the order that they appear in the chat
  • Discussions will be limited to a 2-minute window
  • You must login to the chat using your name as listed on your membership card or identify yourself along with your question or vote
  • The vote counts will be validated by a member of the election committee to be counted and certified
  • Recording of the virtual meetings is prohibited
